I have recently set up an Elgato HD60s to assist with game recording as well as trying to use it to stream directly to Twitch. This has been an ongoing issue for about a week and while this and a couple other forums have helped me fix a lot f the issues which presented themselves (Alas, I am not...

i want to know is there any encoder that uses GPU instead of CPU?. because if i use CPU Usage to record games, then it'll lags the game (no matter what settings i use it keep lags) because i am out of CPU Usage (100% CPU Usage). also NVENC is not supported for my GPU.
Hi, I’m on the latest build and I’m having trouble getting consistent nitrates using the Mac Hardware Encoder. I’ve limited the bitrate to 2800kbps, but it’s still regularly spiking to over 6000kbps. I know this particular encoder has been troublesome in the past, but I need to use it on an...
So i wanted to use my 2nd gpu as an encoder for streaming on Streamlabs.
In OBS it worked just fine, I could see my 2 GPUs as “video adapters” in the streaming settings, but in Streamlabs this option is greyed out. I can not select anything.
The encoder is set to AMD, the 2nd...

I'm encoding my recordings with my 5700xt on the h265 encoder. 1440p 60. I've turned the cqp down to 20, and yet i keep running into this issue. I'm recording at 1440 so that youtube gives me their better compression. Any ideas on how to fix this? I don't think it's the game as it's dark souls...
I've noticed recently that my streams have been laggy. I also noticed that my Encoder used to be set to Hardware, and that would make it better. Now Software is my only option. For reference I'm on Windows 10. So I'm confused as to why Hardware is not an option for my streaming encoder.
I'm sure there are a lottt of these posts, but it's different depending on the hardware, so I thought I'd check here just to be safe, if that's okay! I just also wanna understand what I'm actually doing, if that makes sense.
