4k60 Mk.2 (correct pci-e configuration, verified running at 2x4)
PS5/HDR TV/brand new 18gbps hdmi cables
Small intermittent stutters in recording, feels like encoder lag
Color space settings had no impact on this issue
I utilize a stretched resolution in certain games, such as 1680x1050. I make the necessary adjustments either by modifying the canvas to match this resolution or by transforming the display capture to encompass the entire screen. Nevertheless, when I project my screen onto the Elgato capture...
Hi, pretty sure this is an Elgato 4k60 issue as I have never been able to get it to work without audio drift and solved it by getting a GoXLR a while back and relying on the capture card not having to do audio at all, this has worked for years without issue.
In two recent streams two weeks apart...
I'm at my wits end here but maybe someone here can offer some insight or a solution I haven't tried or thought of. So here's the short of it first. I got a new computer with a lovely 4080 in it and switched my Elgato 4k60 Mk. II into it and cannot capture a clean video without major dropped...

I can stream hours on end, or just have OBS open without problems untill i use (make visible) the capture card source.
The crashes appears randomly, can be directly, in 5 min, in 2 hours etc (streaming and offline) and it basically just closes up OBS. (See below crashfile)
Thanks in advance for any feedback or support!

Recently had an issue where my OBS preview on my stream PC will show like 2 seconds of hard fps loss then back to normal, I haven't changed anything about my setup and it was working fine a couple days ago. It doesn't seem to be happening in the 4k capture utility so i'm guessing it has to be...
I wanted to get the elgato 4K60 pro mk.2, but I am not sure if this will limit my gpu to x8 lanes. Will the 4K60 pro mk.2 take the lanes provided by the chipset of my mobo, or will it have to cut the x16 provided by the cpu in x8 + x8?
GPU: RTX 2070 super
MOBO: Gigabyte B450 AORUS PRO
