Very High Power usage while streming

Looks OK for testing. If there's no dropped frames on test 1, raise the bit-rate to 6000 & disable dynamic bit-rate. The LAN driver update you did should improve performance, hopefully that was the cause of the dropped frames.

I use Bicubic. Lanczos adds to much sharpening IMO.

Tested. With twitch ispector.
(Also tested with the game in a PvE mission)
Seems better, but I had a big framedrop, cam and audio freeze for a moment, and OBS used like 100% of my GPU at some point, as task manager says.
I've unistalled Avast.

Done another test with 6000 bitrate, via twitch ispector.
I have 140hz monitor (set on 140)
Capped the in game frame at 120 fps (before was at 90)
The game run better, but not the live

Your system is still overloaded & your ethernet is still throwing non-zero errors.

Running that 2k monitor @ 144HZ isn't helping, as it is placing additional load on your GPU. Run it @ 60HZ until you eliminate the rendering lag.

Set my monitor to 60hz, so I have to make also the fps of the game capped at 60 right!?

I don't know hot to fix the ethernet error, or where to watch... past live were perfectly fine, or at least don't show any problems.

Also in the analyzer the log give me Audio Monitoring Device Failure this time, even if I don't change it and other times don't show up error.

In video setting I'll leave 1440p for both!?

Maybe but your need to test. Test with the monitor @ 60 if there is still rendering lag, then cap the game frame-rate further.

If you installed that new LAN driver correctly, you may need to contact MSI support & let them know you installed new driver but are still getting the errors.

If the device is not ready/off it will fail.

Tried with 60hz and 60fps in the game
This time made a test via OBS tool insteat of Ispector, and changed constantly server, don't know if it's normal or it's my problem.

Unistalled and reinstalled the LAN driver.
Also, from nvidia settings in power management mode i set OBS on maximum performance instead of normal.
OBS use 1.5 gb of ram, is that normal?

By whatcing the OBS statistic were ok until few minutes in the game, then frames drop from the streaming connection, when the action start.
I've also stramed Helldivers 2 with 0 issue on max. Don't know what changed.

Compare this to the earlier results. There was significant improvement, rendering lag dropped from 35% to 5% but some overload remains. There was no zero errors & less dropped frames (14 vs 4%) but you should go back to encoding @ 4500 for the next test.

15:20:01.968: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 3858 (5.1%)
15:20:01.968: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 3030 (4.1%)
15:20:01.968: [rtmp stream: 'adv_stream'] Freeing 10 remaining packets
15:20:01.968: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 3858/76147 (5.1%)

I've also lowered the cam at 720p 60fps. After some minutes same issue. But "better".

My concern is, even if I lower all and the stream finally work (maybe it's only for Space Marine 2 and Dragon's Dogma 2 those issue), I must be able to stream in decent condition with a 3070 and a i9, and 20mbps upload. Not like I have a 960 with i5 and 10mbps.

Set the GPU power management back to normal. Check the Texture Filter Quality setting, make sure it's not set to HQ. Try the Performance/Hi-PO settings.

Getting there...
16:04:41.213: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 1234 (2.0%)
16:04:41.213: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 336 (0.5%)

16:04:41.214: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 1249/62821 (2.0%)

Texture and Performance, you mean in the game? It's already all at medium, with performance setting. V-sync enable or else tearing

4th log (maybe I rushed to attach it) I'm melting like the stream

I was talking about the Texture Filter setting in the Nvidia Control Panel. That should NOT be set to HQ.

You still have 2% rendering lag/overload so reduce the game quality.

Stream @ 4500

About the same as the 3rd log but still way better than where you started from earlier.

16:09:07.303: audio_thread(Audio): min=0.006 ms, median=0.441 ms, max=6873.15 ms, 99th percentile=10.16 ms

FYI on V-sync. If it's set to On, Triple Buffering should also be enabled.

If it's set to Fast, T buffering should be disabled but Fast doesn't work correctly with all games.

Texture Filter - Quality is now on Performance
Stream at 4500
Cam res still at 720p 60fps (not big deal)

I don't want to completely destroy the game to stream because OBS use all the GPU or whatever. It can't be that way only.

I'm not familiar with that game but it is clearly stressing out your system.

Your system is really thin on RAM, virtual memory may be thrashing.....

No zero errors again so that's good news but.

16:51:38.325: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 3381 (4.5%)
16:51:38.325: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 1067 (1.4%)

16:51:38.326: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 3581/74672 (4.8%)

The fact is that I have to adjust OBS so that it doesn't "consume" too much but maintains good quality.
If I have to put everything to minimum to stream one game the problem could recur for another. Also I can run it with ultra setting with no issue. Without OBS.
I understand that for streaming I have to lower some parameters, but I can't and don't want to put everything to the minimum, cam and stream included. People with lower hardware can strem it with no issue.
It cannot and must not work like this.

Only way to fix the RAM I imagine it's to improve the harware?! Or there's some wizardry?

Btw, this seems good.
144hz screen
game still at 60fps locked with v-sync
1 step lower of the 1 texture setting - medium(wtf)
cam at 1080p 60fps

should I try 720p with 6000 bitrate?
And then 1080p with 6000?

In general it's better 1080 with 6k right!?

(I was losing hope)

If you think people are getting more out of less, run a Cinebench2024 stress tests on your system & see if it performing the way it should. There's tests for both the CPU & GPU.

Yeah, it needs more RAM.

No encoding session in that log,
