Hi guys,
Recently I've been having issues with my streaming on OBS (recording is fine) on my new PC.

I've changed the settings a lot and tried different things however it hasn't changed the face the my stream looks blurry and pixelated.
I've tried changing x264 presets, using the amd encoder, changing bitrates and most things. It's odd though becasue even if I raise the bitrate to 20k, it still looks pixelated and blurry.

I am trying to stream Minecraft at 1080p 60fps (can't be too hard with this setup and wifi, right?)
PC SPECS:
i7 10700K
RX 5700 XT
32GB RAM

Here is a picture of my internet speed (I usually get 300Mbps down but Virgin Media are messing with my wifi I think. Download speed for streaming is irrelevant afaik though.)

I have restarted OBS and changed the settings a lot so I have a lot of different logs but I will upload the latest one as the problem still persists.
I also tried the Intel Easy Streaming Utility however I still had the issues described above.

The best I managed to get it was like in this video below hoever this was at like 15k bitrate and at 1080p 30fps and on like medium or slow preset.

Hope you wonderful people can help me!

Thanks.

That looks about as expected, youtube will always re-compress your video so it will never look as good as your own recordings.

I see other streamers with setups similar to mine but their streams literally have 0 pixelation and blur however that might be because of the Nvidia encoder being better than the and one. I don't really know though.

1. Stream with a wired connection (not wifi).
2. In Windows 10 versions 1809 and newer, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled for maximum gaming performance. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows 10 "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode
3. Run OBS as Admin
4. Your log contains no recording or streaming session. Results of this log analysis are limited. Please post a link to a clean log file.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS.
2) Start your stream/recording for about 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream/recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link via this troubleshooting tool or whichever support chat you are using.

1. I already use a wired connection.
2. Game mode is already enabled.
3. Already run OBS as admin.
4. Will do that in a few minutes.

2. The encoder is skipping frames because of CPU overload. Read about it https://obsproject.com/wiki/General-Performance-and-Encoding-Issues . You may need to use AMD encoder. See https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/amd-hardware-encoder-s.427/ and https://github.com/obsproject/obs-amd-encoder/wiki
2a. If you are not going to use hardware encoding then a slower x264 preset than 'veryfast' is in use. It is recommended to leave this value on veryfast, as there are significant diminishing returns to setting it lower. It can also result in very poor gaming performance on the system if you're not using a 2 PC setup.
3. Your GPU is maxed out and OBS can't render scenes fast enough. Running a game without vertical sync or a frame rate limiter will frequently cause performance issues with OBS because your GPU will be maxed out. OBS requires a little GPU to render your scene.

Enable Vsync or set a reasonable frame rate limit that your GPU can handle without hitting 100% usage.

If that's not enough you may also need to turn down some of the video quality options in the game. If you are experiencing issues in general while using OBS, your GPU may be overloaded for the settings you are trying to use.

Please check our guide for ideas why this may be happening, and steps you can take to correct it at https://obsproject.com/wiki/GPU-overload-issues

I've already tried the log analyzer.
