Oh shoot this might be my problem all this time. That's my webcam, the Razer Kiyo Pro.Cool, evidently the auto HDR feature on some monitors overrides the Windows setting.

Guess I need to download the razer synapse or whatever and get the sample rate to match (even though i don't capture audio on that thing)?
