Hey, everyone.
I really want to start to stream some Call of Duty Warzone. My PC can handle the game on high settings perfectly fine.
But when I start streaming the game still runs fine but it's all laggy on Twitch, even when I lower the game settings it's still all jumpy on Twitch.

Here are my PC specs
Intel Core i5-3450
16GM Ram
AMD Radeon RX470 8GB.
My current OBS settings are attached. I've checked my internet and I am getting close to 4000 bitrate but I lower it anyways to 3000 just for a little headspace.
