Is it just me?
fxmagician.live shows the following:

HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found.

FX Magician Overlay should be setup by itself.
If it doesn't show up, that means something went wrong.

It could be the browser.
I tested with FireFox, Chrome, Safari and Edge on PC and MacOS.
Please try with a recent Chrome if possible.

As I haven't tested OBS on Linux, it could also be a issue with OBS (Linux).

Testing on Ubuntu 24.04LTS and Firefox, Chrome, OBS 31.0.1 Works perfect, and tested web interface from Win11 + Chrome, connection over LAN to Ubuntu, working perfectly! — Please let me know if you need help, this “plugin” is insane cool!
 
BRAVO! Well done, and truly useful! I am new to using OBS, but I have been creating videos for years. I have always went with a media encoder, and vlc. However, I am loving OBS, and this simple tool is one of the best I have saw. It is so simple, that it is hard to figure out. I have installed several different plugins, and they all turn out to be crap. Yet, this one did just what I needed, and worked flawlessly. I am not a fan of connecting via http, and being unsecure, but well done. Thanks for sharing.
 
Tested on a fresh installation of Ubuntu 24 and see that if Chrome is not installed, the connection works and fxmagician is added to the scene, bot not appearing on the screen, so you Chrome to be installed
 
Do you have a virtual deck for windows, as in, a tray of customizable buttons that pops up when triggered by a hotkey and I can select the function I want. Note that I dont mean a mobile deck
 
HELLO everyone, the last couple of weeks when I try to use the plugin I get a message that fxmagician.live domain has expired.
Is this a temporary problem or the plugin is not working anymore?

It looks like the Domain Name has expired. I hope it gets renewed and I'd be happy to contribute to it's renewal. This is a great plugin but can't function with an expired domain name. I hope the dev will address this.

Well, it will be a real pity if the plugin has been abandoned by it's creator as it worked fantastic so far.
I really hope that he is ok and may address the issue in the future.

The problem appeared since October 2025.
It looks like the creator has abandoned the plugin. :(
