Strange & bad microphone quality + progressive desync

Hello everyone, I've been using OBS to record gaming videos for 2 months now and I've had no issues so far (aside from a small microphone progressive audio desync that I can't fix no matter what settings I change but I'll get to that later).

First issue: For some reason something happened to today's recording, the quality of the microphone was atrocious, it sounded like a completely different microphone. Then, I did 15 test recordings and my microphone was back to normal, so I wasn't able to replicate that "glitch" or whatever happened.

My second issue (I've had this from the beginning) is that my microphone's audio track gets progressively delayed compared to the game/desktop's audio track (around 7 frames/hour). All my audio devices/settings are set to 48000Hz like some people recommended (all have to be the same). I read the log and I found this: "adding 576 milliseconds of audio buffering, total audio buffering is now 618 milliseconds (source: Mic/Aux)" so I'm assuming this is my problem.

I'll attach the full log file (since I don't understand what is written there) and maybe this can help us identify what causes both my issues. Thanks!

There's a touch of rendering lag too.

Desktop Audio is at the wrong sampling rate. Make sure audio enhancements are disabled in Windows Sound Control while you're there making adjustments. Updated Audio FX v1.6.1 is available from Nvidia. Filters aren't free & can cause lag.

Some other suggestions
Disable Game DVR It's not needed, can waste resources & may be messing with your mic.
Ditch ESET
Run your monitor @ 120HZ when using OBS
Fix your Scene/add another, only (1) Display, Game or Window Capture per to avoid interference.
