So basically I can stream with OBS or with Shadowplay.
I prefer OBS much more, but when it comes to streaming, Shadowplay does the Job better in terms of quality and I don´t fully understand why
Here are my Shadowplay settings:

And here are my OBS settings:

I CAN´T UNDERSTAND why there is a huge difference in Image quality with the same settings, just for your info Im streaming at youtube.
I can´t stream 1080p 60fps and that bitrate in OBS , It just drops 90% of the frames, and instead shadowplay runs that quality so smoothly
(Thats why i had to rescale to 720p60fps on OBS) but the rest of the setttings were the same, and still here is the difference:
SHADOWPLAY: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c_gUOBXweiI
OBS: https://youtu.be/Ht_k0p6n6sU?t=8m49s
Just take that second and watch how blurry the screen is...
What is happening here?

If you rightclick on the youtube playback and choose "statistics for nerds", you will see that the shadowplay recording isn't actually 60fps but in fact only 30fps. The OBS video is 60 fps, though. There is also a 1080p version of your OBS video, which hint that you first downscaled to 720p but upscaled afterwards to 1080p for the youtube output (which you didn't show in a screenshot). But since you don't use the native OBS, it's difficult to tell whats happening here.

If you want to get help here, it's necessary to use native OBS, do a 1080p@60fps youtube stream and post the resulting log file.
