I'm recording a video where I'm trying to capture an Internet tab - the desirable quality I want to achieve is at least HD but no matter what settings I use the small details seem to be blurred. I'm gonna use the material to create Youtube content.
Here's an example
that's the image from my...
So I just switched from an old GTX 1060 to an RX 6600XT and the performance is exceptional. Trying to stream games with the AMD encoder on the other hand looks disgustingly bad. Now I know that ''apparently'' the AMD encoder is suppose to be worse then NVIDIAs but check the video I posted below...
I've tried to use OBS for video tutorials recording, but i found some weird artifacts around texts like some outline or sharpness filter, but i don't have any filters turned on. (images also a little messed, but on text it's more visible, tried different settings, but looks like not changing...
I am looking for settings recommendation to record the best quality audio in video container with light file size. 30 min - 60 min duration.
I've set audio bitrate to 320, sample rate 48kHz & stereo.
What are best settings for modern codecs available now in general for this type of thing? Does...
OS: Manjaro kernel 5.19.11
5900X (PBO 170W)
32GB RAM 3600 1:1
120Hz 1080p screen
I have been experiencing poor video quality (recorded or streamed) for more than a year and regardless of the settings.
Things i have tried so far:
-KDE compositor settings.
Trying to figure out the best possible quality to 0 buffer experience for the viewer. Anyone got ideas?
My settings, for Facebook Live:
My goal is to keep the best quality and have close to no buffer for the viewer when streaming...
The visuals do this weird thing in the video I recorded, it's sorta like some of the color stays for longer than it should? Seems kinda grainy? Idk, it's hard to describe. Also, the video's fps is ok, but it does seem kinda choppy at times. If anyone has recommendations on how I can fix this...
I watched a lot of videos to find the bests settings for my obs recordings but even after testing a lot of them, I'm stuck with a recording that looks like that:
Here are my settings: (also I have a good pc)
Hi im using an GTX 1650 Super and an ryzen 5 2600
im using NVIDIA NVENC H.264 (NEW)
and CBR with 12000 bitrate
with that bitrate im supposed to get non-pixelated game recordings with good quality but the recordings are pixelated no matter what i...
TL:DR- There is no way to automatically name your recordings as the current scene.
Add %CST = current scene title to Advanced>Recording>Filename Formatting.
To change the way a recording is saved navigate to Advanced>Recording>Filename Formatting.
Currently there are 23/27...
Good morning everyone,
I have a second pc that I usually use for work that I would like to use for streaming with OBS.
What are the best settings for x264 streaming with the Ryzen 7 5700G?
The "streaming" configuration also has 16 GB of ram and an 8GB RX6600.
When I record, the output feels though as if I didn't have a high bitrate and has inconsistencies with pixels (I don't really know how to describe it). Am I doing something wrong?
I have played with so many settings, have watched so many videos, and have read forum questions asking for help about the same thing, and still haven't gotten it to work for myself. I've played with the bitrate but still haven't found anything suited for me. When I record the footage looks good...
These are my Specs:
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 OC Edition
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700K CPU @ 3.80GHz
Motherboard: MSI Z490-A PRO
Ram: G.SKILL Trident Z Royal RGB 3600MHz 32GB
Power: XPG Core Reactor 650W Gold
I'll play games fine, as soon as I start streaming it will crash my pc in...
I've been trying to start streaming for almost a month, but the problem is quality. I got pixels immediately when moving faster. I don't know how to get rid of it. I can easily have 100k bitrate, but nothing will change anyway. At 30fps, it sometimes works normally, but not always...
Obviously, there are ways to change the video quality settings globally, but how do I adjust video quality settings per Scene?
For example, I would like to have reduced resolution, FPS and overall video quality automatically applied when switching to a different scene and then having those...
I typically downscale my videos, and I'm wondering what downscale filter is the best. I've used Lanczos for some test videos, and it looks fine to me, although I don't know if it's the best option out there. I'm recording gaming videos if you needed that information by the way. Thanks!
no matter in which bitrate i record & render a video, it'll end up looking like a pixelated mess on youtube. even if i upload it raw.
my current recording settings look like this:
using an rx580 and the obs replaybuffer. the recordings are looking crisp and clean on disk, even after rendering...
My stream quality is extremely bad, not just on OBS, but on AMD Radeon software too. This post will focus on my bad streaming quality and frame rate with obs. I have an RX 5700 XT, Ryzen 7 3700x, 32 gb ram and 1gbps(100 mb/s) internet. All my stream settings are maxed out. I tried streaming on...
