Question / Help OBS Preview and recording lagging but game not

I was going to record GTA V today with my new components and ran into a problem. When I watch the preview from my other screen, it looks like s*it but my game looks just fine and CPU using was the whole time 1.0-3.0%. With my old components and with same settings everything ran just fine and with new and better components it just doesn't work?
My specs
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 1600X
Graphics Card: Asus GeForce GTX 1060 DUAL OC 3GB
Motherboard: Asus PRIME B350-Plus
RAMs: HyperX Fury 2x4GB
Sorry for my bad english, I'm from Finland :D
Any help is respected!

Yes but it lags with the preview, and the recording too. I recorded in previous session and it lagged but if you need a log with recording, I can send it.

Your GPU is overloaded. Reduce frame size or frame rate.

It appears that I'm using the right GPU, Asus GTX 1060 Dual OC 3GB. But before with my old components I had the same GPU and it didn't overload and worked just fine, what's the problem now? :/ And reducing frame rate or size didn't help... :(

If you're saying a 1060 has the same amount of rendering lag on both 1080p60 *and* on 720p30 then yes, I agree, something is definitely wrong. Maybe erase settings, reinstall and start over?
