NDI HX Capture isn't streaming to OBS

So, I'm not a developer or engineer or any kind of that stuff, but here is what's happening. Basically I've bought the NDI HX Capture iOS app to broadcast my iPhone screen (to stream a game) and it is not receiving the image, but supposedly is recieving audio because it shows in the audio mixer. I've installed the NDI-obs plugin and I have it on my Sources, but it isn't working. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME!? It would be easier to call and show, because it is to hard to explain to you and also for you to explain to me how to solve. PLEASE ANSWER THIS IF YOU CAN HELP ME! And also OBS should have a support, not a forum :/

And it's not a NDI XH Capture app problem, because I can see it streaming (audio and video of the iPhone screen) on NewTek NDI Video Monitor
