Never mind. Figured it outHi,
I am trying to download this plug-in but every time I run the installer, it just disappears from my computer and nothing happens. I downloaded this from github (bs-multi-rtmp-0.4.0.3-windows-x64-Installer.exe) but whenever I click it after downloading, it just disappears and the plug-in is not installed. What is causing this?
after many installs/uninstalls of obs and the multi-rtmp plugin, through various means/methods, finding this message from sorayuki on github:having an issue with the dock not showing, reset ui, reset docks, removed plugin, reinstalled plugin, even removed obs, reinstalled obs, reinstalled plugin...plugin is there and working as I can see a stream running that is only configured in the plugin...just can't get to the dock and hence can't modify config for rumble...ol' rumble...
Ubuntu 22.04 LTS 3
OBS 29.1.3 installed via flatpak this time around (snap installation yields same results)
How in the blue HE double hockey sticks do I get the dock back? Where is the config so I can check that?
The resolution is written as like "1920x1080". It's the letter "x" in the middle.Having an issue where the stream output is not 1080p even when selected? Im on OBS 29.0.2 (not the latest because i was worried the plugin would stop working). I tried both the Get OBS option and put the resolution myself in the Modify settings and getting the same result. Anyone know how to fix this?
i have it written like that and tried the latest OBS version same thing happens. the vods when i go back to my streams are in 720p for the best resolution when it was 1080p beforeThe resolution is written as like "1920x1080". It's the letter "x" in the middle.
The latest version is built with OBS 29.1.3.
If you are using the same bitrate, yes, that is correct. If you use different bitrates to each platform, then no, you'd have to add those together and see what it comes out to. For example, I stream at 7,000 Kbps to Twitch and 20,000 Kbps to Youtube, so I need roughly 4x my normal Twitch bandwidth to stream to both (before accounting for overhead).Hi, can I have some explanation please.
If I stream to Twitch and Youtube I will be spending twice more bandwidth and speed. If I add Facebook to it then three times bandwidth and speed. Correct?
tnx
Thats mostly correct, you can use the same encoder settings to save some cpu/gpu load and bandwidth, but it will always add additional upload speed as requirement.Hi, can I have some explanation please.
