Hello, I am recently trying to stream on Kick (I live in South Korea). My Internet speed is: Download - 476 (mb) upload - 60(mb). However when I turn on OBS and start streaming with only 4000bitrate, OBS starts to lose some bitrate and goes to 0. And in game ping is 200. I stop the stream then I check my speed again and now its only 2mb. How is it possible?
I tried almost everything from internet and nothing helped. I even reinstall my Windows 11.
