Frozen OBS Video Capture when streaming

+1 on this issue.

Just to add to the above data points, in case it helps:
1. I have had this issue both when streaming only, and when recording only.
2. It hasn't always been a problem. It started being a problem in November with an update for OBS that I applied around that time.

I'm pretty sure this is down to a bug in a recent version of OBS.

+1 same problem, randomly the capture go in freeze; i’ve tried all the solution that i found online.. Nothing seems to work. Actually i cannot stream from my Nintendo Switch!

Was having this same issue and came upon a solution that stated to update your BIOS. Can confirm that updating my BIOS fixed this issue for me.
