Change title and category when changing scenes

Hello everyone :)

I've been looking for a solution for a while, but I haven't found anything except "https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/twitch-switcher.242/" but this plugin is from 2015 and doesn't work anymore.

Do any of you know of a way to automatically change the title and category when you change scenes?

The reason I ask this is because I found a German streamer "https://www.twitch.tv/gronkhtv" and he streams 247 lets plays of him from Youtube and when a new video starts the title and category changes automatically and I really want to know how he does that :) I tried to contact his mods, but no one responded.
