Hello! I had some issues over a couple of streams, notifed from chat, that my stream will sometimes go pixely. I noticed my bit rate was fluxing quite a bit. I was running a study 4000 kbs with no issues a while back. Im curious as to what is going on, what settings I should use/adjust, and how to fix this issue. My internet is a 114 down and a 11.5 up. Computer is having no issues it seems. I have my logs attached. Im shooting for 720p at 60fps. Any help is greatly appreciated!
