for my Streaming purposes I stream to my Custom Server with 720p @ 30FPS.
I set the Canvas Area also to 720p (1280x720).
So my Questions are is there an Video Quality difference if I:
1. Get The Video Signal with 1080P let the Canvas to FULL HD (1080p) then Rescale output to 720P
