obs settings help

Hello all, I am looking for ways to improve how OBS runs with my setup to get all the quality I can out of the program, my setup and my lower internet speeds. I have ran log files and looked at them but I am not 100% sure on what some of the warming are. If any one can help me with what I can do...

im running windows 10 build 1809 64 bit i7 - 8550u cpu 12 gb ram intel uhd 620 (intergrated graphics btw) I want to find the best recording settings for obs if possible also streaming seettings, but with this computer i dont think that its possible tho.
