Question / Help What is the best settings for my obs

im running windows 10 build 1809
64 bit
i7 - 8550u cpu
12 gb ram
intel uhd 620 (intergrated graphics btw)
I want to find the best recording settings for obs
if possible also streaming seettings, but with this computer i dont think that its possible tho.

no i mean the recording is still lagging like i put 30 / 60 fps and i get like 2 in my rec

Your computer has only an integrated GPU. As such, it has to do all the work of both playing Roblox and rendering and encoding frames.

Suggest keeping framerate at 30 and dropping canvas resolution to 1280x720.
