This is an excellent plugin. thaks... but i noticed it does not work with music production Daws like studio one or ableton. Nonetheless it works for other case uses.

The latest beta made exiting OBS Studio fine. Working great for me with Discord, Pretzel Rocks and Lionboard to seperate audio and set all different audio levels.

This plugin is life changing for streamers. Thanks a lot!

And a qiestion... would this plugin as a source filter automaticaly switch the audio capture based on the aplication screen shown on the source? It would be a really good stuff!

I have to ask this. I know this might sound dumb but how do I uninstall it if I want to update it and just know I did not download it yet since I would like to know how to uninstall it first

This is still a must-have because OBSes implementation doesn't have exclusion, unfortunately. So you can't really separate let's say all music and non-music sources.

I also don't experience any problems myself and I'm on latest OBS version.

Works great on Window 10 21H1, I've had no problems with OBS itself picking up Audio from my applications. There are some application-specific quirks, especially related to audio sources in webbrowsers, but nothing I consider a dealbreaker.

On the whole, I think this plugin provides a feature that is Instrumental to streaming via OBS Studio.

An almost essential application that obs developers should implement natively immediately and as a priority.
The solution I found to the current problems is to uninstall the app before updating obs and reinstall. I haven't had any problems again (for now)

EXTREMELY useful. I usually record gameplays with some friends on discord. So this plugin is a life changer for me. :D

Works perfectly on LTSC 2021 21H2. If you're running an older LTSC version, try 1.0.0-alpha.2. It works for some applications and is better than nothing. The only thing I dislike is if you mute OBS in Windows mixer, then this plugin doesn't capture any sound.

I had low Desktop Audio volume issues in my recordings, since I upgraded to newer OBS versions. I tried many suggestions and workarounds from the OBS forum, but nothing fixed my audio.

This plugin finally fixed my low audio volume issues! Now, my recordings have perfect audio.

Have been using ever since I found it, fixed a bunch of issues with my audio and eased setting up audio for separated tracks.

This plugin is actually a godsend compared to having to use voicemeeter. Yes, my OBS does crash maybe once a week but its a quick restart and it never happens when I'm live or recording. Totally worth it as it's only a beta.

The only gripe I have is that the audio sources show up in the source window as sources. If there could be a way to make this work cross scene without having to use duplicates or make it work inside the audio mixer window the plugin would be essentially perfect and something I would have expected to be in base OBS.

I recommend this plugin to absolutely everyone. Voicemeeter is just waaay too intrusive especially when I'm not using OBS and this plugin completely fixes that for me.

Works great, even on Windows 10 21H1. No more hassle with separating audio. You just grab the app to get its sound and its sound only. Should be an integral part of OBS in the first place.

Perfect. No need to mess with (great but somewhat confusing) programs like VoiceMeeter and confusing loopbacks just to control what audio you want to let your stream hear.
