Does anyone noticed freezing screen at Youtube stream lately? My viewers are complaining that sometimes they have screen freeze for few secconds (audio is ok). The problem is that this happened without any pattern and not everyone having this problem. Sometimes one person can have it and other don't, sametimes vice versa.
On my side I tryed every setting (lower bit rate, x264, nvenc etc. ) and everything is looking ok.
Does anyone have / had this problem and maybe know how to fix it?
