Which releases of OBS Studio and Windows are you using? Also, which plugins do you have installed?
That would help to start to troubleshoot your issue.

Hey guys, I downloaded version 2.2.3 today but for some reason the only options I have are 2 drop downs, one for window selection and one for window match priority. I need the option to capture all audio except excluded executables. Is it a setting issue or a version issue? My obs is updated to 30.2.3. I linked a video that shows the settings I'm trying to get.
