Hey I had the same problem as you when I tried streaming Warhammer Vermintide 2. Double click your game capture source and make sure that you have enabled "Use anti-cheat compatibility hook", it's one of the boxes that appears below scale resolution.
hey blur, thanks for the input, but yes, I do have that box checked off for the anti cheat thing, and have always had it checked during every testing step I've done, so that unfortunately is not the problem.
