I would like to have the speech chat welcome viewers, but not show the text of that announcement in the chat. Is that possible?

It is not possible right now. Actually, it is one of the features I am implementing. It should be done after I finish moving the site to the new domain.

Is ist posible to ad a cooldown to the command !speak? 5-600sec ?
That can changed by the Channel owner.
And when i press the pause button and resume it reads all the message after agin wher has stopped.
Is that normal or is ist possible that after resume the messages read?

Hey Warmana,
1. Regarding to the cooldown on the !speak command, it is already on the to-do list.
2. And to the pause/resume button, it is intended to work like that. If you want it only read messages after resume, you can use the enable/disable speech checkbox.

2 - is itpossible to add a feature !credit that show how many times you can use the !speak command in 24h? And the Admin can set how many times the users can send by nickname !speak messages in 24h.
The admin can set the output message for the !credit command like "$username$ you have $credit$ !speak messages re meaning".
The Admin can change the !credit command what ever he want if he donate for your work ;). Normal is !credit :). That with 24h is just for protecting that one user can't send me 100 speak MSG a day and other user can use that feature too.

You have to add the user to a user group first (probably add to the "whitelist" user group if you want this user to be able to speak).
Then activate the "Advanced options" for this user, you will need to use 1 star for each user to activate it and once you deactivate it, the star will refund to your account . After you activate the "Advanced options", you can configure the voice settings for this user.

Thank you for the update! Very exciting.
I was online for a while this morning and did get a couple new follows but the chat/voice did not announce them.
For example, at 8:17 westup1 followed, but I dont see anything in the output or hear the voice. Here's a screen grab of the log and the settings for SpeechChat/Events/Follower:

Is there a way to detect a language like how google translate does? People speak different languages in stream but I could only set the preferred voice to one language.
