Hi, love Snaz, it's made my channel so much better with the viewer count option.

I'm just wondering if there's a way to have it start Twitch Viewers auto-magically when the software is loaded rather than having to hit the start button?

There is not an option coded for that, i'm sorry

I have no experience with ubunto or wine ... but if it helps u .. snaz v1 is build on the .NET 4.5 framework

Any chance Snaz can support a simple latest subscriber output for plain text? Would be really useful for me since I can't seem to find anything that doesn't involve window capture for this.

For the moment there is no plan to integrate that feature.

I stopped gaming and streaming myself a while ago ... and with no proper donations - Snaz will stay in the current version 1.9.2.6

Ok I found the solution for those having this error message !

Go to command prompt and type : lodctr /r

Did it for me. Thanks Nardeus.

Love the tool. Specially the viewer count. Browser is always lacking, freezing or other stuff not showing the correct number. And when 2 viewers more is 30%, I wanna know. ;-)

Cheers.

Love your little program Jim. Thanks for the effort done.

Problem I have is similar to some of the above and starts with a NET error. But I get a few more errors. The fix running Snaz as admin and the config xml being present, do not solve the issue.

The errors occured after a system crash while streaming with Snaz active and a disk check following the crash.
The diskcheck also caused loss of all game settings [DayZ SA].

Error messages I get:

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

When disregarding the NET error and continuing, I get the below error when wanting to connect to the Twitch channel on the "Twitch Viewers" tab.

After closing Snaz the below error occures:

Any suggestions.

hey Jan,

I'm running Windows 10 and Snaz is still running fine on my machine. (Also on the previous windows 8.1)

First - if your main harddrive is a SSD (don't know if this is the case, but just telling) it is advised to install Snaz on a secondary HDD. (As for the speed of rewriting files)

Second - I would remove Snaz completely, after that go to C:\Users\*YOURNAME*\AppData\Local\Snaz and delete all folders inside this Snaz folder (The folders in here are named like Snaz.exe_Url_3u0jpxkwqs5ccmmo1wi5gpb5ut4byar1)

Note: Tha AppData folder is a hidden folder, u have to select the menu VIEW and checkmark "Hidden Items" before you can see it.

After this reinstall Snaz. all should run fine.

Problem with reading API may be caused due to several reasons to. (Just tested the twitch tab and getting no error at all.)

Hello Yachak,

Thanks for the swift respons. Much appreciated ;-).

Indeed Snaz was running on my primairy SSD. Installed it on my secondary HHD and Snaz is up and running.
Appdata did not have the mentioned folder. But it did have C:\Users\*YOURNAME*\AppData\Local\JimsApps. ;-)
It had two folders:
Snaz.exe_Url_1ssg5xexhl0izuxrpiifhnltc1j4b2fx
Snaz.exe_Url_zmeqnkazxucvd443wbo2dzbp5huwxcy5

API error did not come up on the new install.

Cheers.

Significant problems with latest update. OBS has replaced my date, time, and viewer counter with question marks. Attempted to create new text files which didn't work and reinstalling Snaz completely. Any help would be appreciated. Love this program by the way, thanks for all the hard work!

Thank you sir, i will release a new update in 30 minutes that will fix this.

guys if your reading this i found a bug in this latest version if you update the snaz there's a chance that obs will have problems locating your text format for the timer, well that's what happened to me when i updated my snaz for some reason obs can't detect my countdown timer or chronodown text file even though the location or the directory is correct. and when i downgraded to the previous version that seems fixed the problem. :/
