When I record or even sometimes when Im not recording, the preview screen and or the final recording drop to a visible 30fps. The game stays at 60fps. This happens all the time at random times. sometimes its as soon as i hit record, sometimes its when obs is just open and not recording, it happens regardless if whatever on the screen is still, slow, or fast. Ive tried low settings, high settings, ive tried cbr,vbr,cqp, ive changed my settings to everything you can think of. What is the problem? However, when I record on console using elgato thru obs, i have zero issues. I also turned off all window stuff like game bar, game dvr. i also have obs run as admin, program priority to high, pc in high power mode or whatever you call it. I run dual monitors and both are plugged into the GPU and not the motherboard. I feel like ive done all I can. Please help me.
