OBS recording is blurry and 720p

On Youtube when uploaded, it says its 1080p. However it looks like 720p. Even in vlc media player it looks low quality. (YT: YoCorrupt1 I upload minecraft mainly) I have an RX 6600, Ryzen 5 5600x 16g ram. This is a problem I've had for ages. If anyone could help me out, it would help a ton, thanks!! (also should I use game capture??)

Rx 6600 low recording quality

So my minecraft recording is low quality for some reason, i have an rx6600 and a ryzen 5. I posted the vid to yt and it says it's 1080p but looks like 480p. Can someone please help?? (My YouTube is YoCorrupt1 if anyone wants to see the videos)
