low quality recording

    OBS recording is blurry and 720p

    On Youtube when uploaded, it says its 1080p. However it looks like 720p. Even in vlc media player it looks low quality. (YT: YoCorrupt1 I upload minecraft mainly) I have an RX 6600, Ryzen 5 5600x 16g ram. This is a problem I've had for ages. If anyone could help me out, it would help a ton...

    Video looks low quality even though settings are set to UHD

    my settings are set to be UHD and they record in that but the video itself looks very low quality. these are my specs

    Bad quality after remuxing mov. to mp4 *PLEASE HELP*
