Lag and low quality while recording game

Hello.İdk why tf but when i record something like game mostly its low quality and laggy.now this occured while i was recording a game for a strategy and this happened.i looked up alot tutorials that failed me mostly and some even asked me i had like dual monitors.BRO İM AT PHAKİNG A LAPTOP İM NOT THAT RİCH!
im trying to solve this since yesteday
my device is asus x515 idk the alot but its have latest intel core 5
if u can help me it would be good

the gameplay si thw worst is a bit laggy but still fine.but when i open the recording it becomes like shit

Your log contains no recording or streaming session. Results of this log analysis are limited.
1. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on the OBS shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
2. Remove the Display Capture source and use the Game Capture source.
3. Use QSV for the video encoder.

If still having issues after making those changes then:
1) Restart OBS.
2) Start your recording for at least 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link here.
