OBS crashing?

I am currently running a ryzen 5 3600x and a rtx3060 and up until this week I’ve never had problems. But now when I try to stream within 5 minutes of being live the stream will crash and it will render my PC useless unless I hold the power button to reset it. I asked my friend to try and he had the same problems with the same specs. I tried both encoders and I tried streaming different games. Nothing has changed. I’ve done the new update. Any body know what’s wrong?

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

make GPU and Chipset updates first !

i had a problems last year i have search reinstall complete system and i only need a bios update.

did oyu use the streamelents plugin or streamfx plugin ?
then delete the obs folder an reinstall obs !
