Minecraft Java Edition screen capture doesn't work on newest Windows 11 Build (24H2)

Hello, I hope this message find its good way to the people who know about tech stuff or even the devs of OBS. Today I wanted to stream Minecraft Java Edition on TikTok where I use OBS for it. But when I was starting Minecraft and put it to fullscreen somehow the screen capture turns black and nothing happens. Then I tried to run OBS as an admin in safe mode and followed the official Minecraft help page from OBS but both didnt work. Then I tried capturing Minecraft in game capture where it did work but very poorly because you could visually see that the game capture was stuttering badly and not in 60 FPS.
Because I was so desperate to get this working I restarted my PC in an Windows 10 installation and tried capturing Minecraft fullscreen in screen capture and it did work flawlessly in 60FPS so I thought something is wrong with my Windows 11 installation so I resetted my main drive and installed a fresh Windows 11 installation with the newest build 24H2. I only installed Epic Games, Steam, Brave, Voicemeeter, Audacity, VLC, Prism Launcher, Minecraft, Discord, TikTok Live Studio, Tikfinity, Everything, Davinci Resolve, Wiztree, Office and of course the newest drivers for my GPU (RTX 3070TI)
And still after putting so much time only to capture Minecraft Java Edition in its full beauty it still doesnt work and I guess I might not be the only person facing this issue. Thats why I am seeking my solution from you guys. Please make my dream happen and let me capture Minecraft.
I even created a Video where I showcased and explained all from the above:

Now for the technical part:
My specs from my PC are:
CPU: Intel Core I7-11700K
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070TI
RAM: 2x 16GB 3200MHZ (32GB)
MB: MSI MAG B560 TORPEDO

Hopefully with the power of solidarity we can all be together and find a solution to this. I hope you all have a good day and I wish you all a happy new year!

Yes I did as I stated in the Title
I actually also found out that only the preview is laggy not the outcome so thats something I can work with.
But is there still a way to capture Minecraft in fullscreen while doing a screen capture?
