Media Controls 0.5.0

Would be nice to have this plugin show only the active sources, so that you could dock it with just a minimum height and still keep in sight the controls and progress bar of whatever is playing.

Unchecking "Duplicate Scene" in transition menu solved the problem.

@Exeldro would it be possible to add a speed control on this plugin? Ability to increase or slow down videos on the fly would be great for live sports when a questionable play happens and you're trying to show an instant replay video back again, but slowing it down.
Thanks for your consideration!

Keep having the issue that the media-controls plugin is not detected although I added it to the OBS.app in the plugin folder on my Mac. Have restarted OBS and my MacBook Pro several times and keep seeing the same result. Also tried previous versions of this plugin. Nothing shows up under docks. Is there no other way to install this plugin? What I want to be able to do is see how long a video is going before changing the scene to the next one. Any tips more than welcome!!

@PeterMM try manually uninstalling the plugin first before installing the new version
Using macOS Tahoe 26.0.1 with Chip: Apple M1 Pro. Use OBS Studio 32.0.1 (64 bit). Plugin version: media-controls-0.5.0-macos-universal.pkg. Another plugin (streamup-2.1.1-macos-universal.pkg is not visible either). Did check the Privacy & Security settings. Also ensured that I have Read & Write permissions for this plugin. Also tried previous versions of the plugin without success. Having a conference coming up in a few days and are getting nervous. We stream a lot of videos in OBS and need to be able to monitor the duration of the video to know when to switch to the next scene.

And of course also quittet OBS and restarted and also restarted my Mac a few times. None of this works. None of the plugins show up undeer docks. Tried to use the present plugin manager but browse and updates are grayed-out and under 'installed' nothing shows up.

Hi Exeldro, thank you for all your work
I use OBS to stream sport events...using media on replay I wish I could control the video frame by frame, moving forward and backward to show a particular moment (such a penalty)

@PeterMM how did you manually uninstall the plugins? Can you provide an OBS log file?
Mr Exeldro, I think he's having a Mac issue that the updated OBS is having with Mac installers and the rest of the plugins. I had difficulty upgrading some of your plugins and others. I would install them manually and then they seem to work. I don't know. I'm getting erroneous things from Stream UP about plugins I've been using all along that are not supported....moreso, I've manually installed updates, I see them in the plugin folder, but don't see them in OBS.
