Laggy video when recording picture in picture

Hi, I currently have been messing with settings to fix laggy video when in picture in picture.
I see that I have a GPU overload and have been working to fix with no solution.

Please help! Thank you!!

1. OBS is running on an Intel iGPU. This hardware is generally not powerful enough to be used for both gaming and running obs. Situations where only sources from e.g. cameras and capture cards are used might work.
2. Unless you need to capture Windows stuff such as the Desktop, Start menu, etc., DO NOT USE DISPLAY CAPTURE. Build your scene with Game/Window capture and remove Display Capture from the scene.
3. Enable Buffering and Hardware Decode on your Angetube Live Camera
