So, i use high stream settings but youtube stream still looks horrible to watch. any suggestions on what to do.

Current OBS settings:
Output- NVENC (new)
Rate control-CBR
Bitrate-23000
Keyframe-2
Preset-Quality
Profile-High
Lookahead-Off
Pshyco visual tuning-ON
Gpu-0
Max b-frames-2.

Heres an example of my streams.
This one is using "enforce streaming service encoder settings":https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JiaAC251sqU&feature=youtu.be
This one is with that turned off:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0dV74PnumtY&feature=youtu.be

So yea they both suck. could anyone give me ideas to make it better. Would be greatly appreaciated. ps rly loud breathing in the vids(im a tryhard)

Would need to see a logfile to advise. Generally speaking you'll get the best visual quality when using the highest bitrate and the lowest resolution. Your bitrate is already quite high, so if you can't sustain higher, you'd get better visual fidelity by sending the same bitrate at either a lower resolution, a lower framerate, or both.

Not rly sure how to do the log file thing but I'll just try 720p output res, preset:max quality and nitrate 20000 and see what it's like

youtube had no "source" stream so you can go with your bitrate to 10GB/s the end result will never over the youtube encoder quality
BTW the linked videos are at 94-99% of quality
