Encoding queue duration surpassed 5 seconds, terminating encoder

I stream Escape From Tarkov, and am running into a frequent issue. At the end of every round my game briefly becomes unresponsive for a few seconds (the game then continues running normally), I then receive the following error message below, my Twitch stream immediately ends but the recording to the HDD just freezes for a few frames and picks up where it left off without further interruption.

An encoder error occurred while recording. Encoder NVIDIA NVENC H.264 (FFmpeg) is taking too long to encode (timeout: 5 seconds)

Please run the Auto-configuration Wizard, apply the settings it gives (do NOT change anything), restart OBS (!important)
Now test it as is.
Stay on simple output mode.

Make sure all your drivers are up to date. Including the BIOS is it's needed because some old motherboards need it.
