I just bought my first capture card, the cheap 2.0 USB kind. It’s supposed to be plug and play but I can’t get my switch to send video or audio to my PC. It says “Could not connect to the TV.” I’ve tried every fix I can find. I restarted my PC, updated windows 10, unplugged and replugged in a bunch of times, changed my resolution and framerate down to the Switch’s capabilities. Nothing works. I know the capture card is working because StreamLabs, OBS, and my Device Manager all detect it. It’s just not receiving input from my Switch because my Switch doesn’t recognize the presence of a valid TV. Please help!! I've exhausted everything I've read online so this is kind of my last and only hope.
