Reboot about every 2-3 days :-) that shouldn't be the issue.Hi Thorsten,
this looks like rendering of the whole UI has issues. Now as stupid as this may sound: when have you last rebooted?

OK, thanks - and too bad for me.Thanks for doing the test. CamooZ can only change camera settings if they are changeable, meaning the driver supports changing values like e.g. exposure or brightness via the DirectShow API.
Looks like your EOS does not provide that, hence the original dialog shows all greyed out, and CamooZ would not even list it.
Works as designed... :-)
I ended up saving a new profile and found that folder and copied all the saved profiles from the OneDrive folder over to it and was able to utilize it that way.If I remember well from a previous case you can tell OneDrive that it should keep the folder
c:\users\YOURNAME\documents\camooz6
local.
Hope this helps

Hi dawono,Will the driver work on the Logitech PTZ pro 2 camera, which is on a USB connector?
Hi @rdhoore108,I started using Camooz today, and got some questions:
(1) I can change the order of sliders, and lock slider values, but only for the currently selected webcam. Any way to copy that to the other cams (I have 7 of them)? Maybe a toggle button "apply to all cams" where every action I do is applied to all cameras at once (locking sliders, moving them around...) for as long as that button is down?
(2) It takes many seconds when I change a slider, or load a profile, or change a camera, before the app responds again. It is frozen all that time. Is that normal, or is it my particular webcam (Anker C200)? For example, loading an existing profile takes 9 seconds. Using the DirectShow system dialog on the other hand works very smoothly.
(3) Is there a way to hide sliders that I don't want to see?
(4) A "stay on top" for the GUI window would be extremely useful, so that it can be above OBS at all times
(5) most of the time, the save button is disabled, even when I lock sliders or do other things that I was hoping to save in the profile. Somehow they are saved separately somewhere (this is an extension of my first question, I guess)?
(6) a "reset" action for each slider would be useful, where for example double clicking a slider would reload its value from the current profile.
(7) right-clicking the system tray icon pops up the menu, but it's behind Windows 11's extended system tray list window. One first needs to fold down the system tray list before one sees Camooz' full popup menu. The popup menu of OBS for example shows on top of the system tray list, not behind it.
I could go on, but the fact that every little thing I do takes so very long to take effect, definitely takes its toll on my enthusiasm... Even just starting the program takes around 30 seconds before the window finally has contents. Choosing a different camera takes 9 seconds. Etc.
Anyhow, thank you for the program, I'm sure everyone is very happy with it, but unfortunately at this point I'm not one of them :( I really hope so much that this speed problem can be fixed.
This has happened only a few times, but there have been instances where an automated license key purchase resulted in an email from my side that the user either did not see or did not receive. Users should, of course, check their spam folder first.
If the email is not in the spam folder, and you need to contact camooz@faltinek.de, please ensure you provide an alternative method to reach you, such as a second email address or your phone number. Otherwise, if our email...
I don't know if this is the place to ask about this, but I'm experiencing an odd issue with the plugin for Stream Deck. I have several webcams but one in particular seems to be causing issues and I don't know why. It's a very old Microsoft LifeCam from many, many years ago. I can set it up in Camooz just fine and I can save profiles for it and it works. But I can't use the Stream Deck to select its profile that I have set up for it. It just doesn't work. It works just fine for my other webcams like my Brio. So I know the plugin works in general.
Even more weirdness happens when I try to manually swap the profile on that old LifeCam. It works just fine when I do it manually, but then it makes the plugin stop working. It loses connection to Camooz and the drop down menu just says "Please start CamooZl.exe!" several times. So the plugin stops working entirely just by simply selecting this cam in CamooZ. Which means it's definitely throwing a fit specifically because of that webcam. Just wanted to clarify if this is just expected behaviour with old webcams or if there is something I'm doing wrong.
