Question / Help Audio Monitoring issue

Hi, I've attached logs from 2 streams I just did (two because my pc crashed) so I've attached logs from both. I can't get my audio monitoring to work.
Eg. I have an mp3 song playing at one point via obs and I have it set to "monitor and output" so both viewers and I can hear what's playing on that scene. It had been working fine and now it suddenly isn't playing anything for me as if I had it set to "monitor off", but I don't. I noticed in the logs it says "Failed to get device: 80070490" I don't know why this is happening or how to fix this. Help would be very much appreciated!

OBS is trying to access your headset and cannot. Either it doesn't have permission, or exclusivity is on and another application is using it.

If your headset is selected as the monitoring device, then this error means these sources are failing to monitor because of the previous error.
