Semi-free SiiliCam-Obs 1.0.14

OBS apparently has timestamps in microseconds and I fed them in nanoseconds which caused the video to have a delay

Now the video and audio should be synced properly

1.0.4 had a bug in the audio that it would crackle, rolled back to using the obs native render callback but now the audio isn't as in sync as it was before

SiiliCam: WIFI Camera Pro is now live in play store with Audio, in OBS the audio is pretty much synced for me atlast, if there is some syncing errors I can provide a manual syncing mechanism / try to code it so it works automatigally

+ Video is now callback based so now we match the frame rate of the NDI stream = very smooth camera
+ Video source is now hidden if there is no video coming through (removed the test signal from the combobox)
+ Removed the NDI SDK license agreement since i don't think its needed and made the folder structure match which is inside the OBS program files -folder, so easier to install. Now just copy all files into the plugin folder and you are good to go.

Fixed bug where the arbitrary aspect ratio would not work properly, now it should work fine since I switched them to sliders

Now you can set aspect ratio via buttons, default button matches the cameras aspect ratio, but you can now set it like 16:9 or arbitrary like 152:1 if you choose to do so, so now you can fill the screen easily with multiple siilicameras

Now logging should work fine on the windows wihtout problem, and added NDI license agreement just in case if somebody wonders what is going on with it.

The free version is available at google play https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.SiiliCam.free and paid with options like framerate to control battery usage, ndi group and mdns name to gain better control over your siilicamera. Also in paid version phone screen can be closed which improves the android camera performance quite a bit (s10e lags a lot when the screen is on but closed it works good).
