OBS ShaderFilter Plus v0.3.1

Simply doesn't work with .GLSL files despite what's said.
Moreover, most of shader files are in .GLSLP, or .SLANG, and this plugin doesn't accept them. There's no convertor to change them in .HLSL or .FRAGMENT.
