As of about a day ago, I've run into a really weird problem that's not cropped up before. My OBS has always been fine with streaming my game, and webcam at a steady 60 FPS, even with the game maxed out settings (and actually running at 144hz). However now, if OBS isn't the foreground application, my webcam and docks EXCLUSIVELY become REALLY laggy / stuttery, but my gameplay is fine. Weird. I have noticed that my GPU is running at 100% so I'm assuming it's some sort of bottleneck, but I don't know why!
I updated OBS yesterday BEFORE the problem arose, but can't be sure if that's a coincidence or not, I have since updated my graphics drivers (made no difference) changed a BUNCH of in game settings to try and lower GPU load (no success) and even tried a load of other games (all the same result - when the game is in the foreground, OBS has a wobble).
Link to the log from a dummy recording I just made to evidence the issue: https://obsproject.com/logs/awhYyPJc2mq6Ff7O
I tend to run my games in borderless for ease of switching between monitors.
Any help appreciated as I'm really not fancying spending £600 on a new GPU right now.....
