Bug Report VLC source no sound

Hello, I discovered a problem with the VLC source. I need to stream one TV program via DVB-T card. For a long time it worked through a VLC source.

I use the M3U file:

# EXTM3U
#EXTVLCOPT: program = 8452
dvb-t: // frequency = 666000

It always worked great, but now only video works, but the sound doesn't work.

I tried only the frequency (I deleted line #EXTVLCOPT: program = 8452). suddenly there is sound, but I only need that program (8452).

So I want to ask what happened to the problem. I tried to reinstall VLC, OBS, DVB-T card drivers, but nothing helped.

Sorry for the late reply, I didn't have email notifications turned on. Yes, it works in the older version of OBS. Here I'm sending a working VLC plugin. Just replace it with a new one. Don't forget to save it somewhere, because it is replaced by a non-functional one every time if the OBS is updated.

Great thanks! Also I found that the last working version of obs was 23.1
