Hi,

at first: thx a lot that somebody invest hours of work in a video plugin for obs. :)

But something get wrong because the sound stuttering and the volume are always on 100% (ouch). The plugin ignore my volume settings.

any idea whats my failure is? Or did i find a bug?

Are you outputting to device? If so use DirectX

Can you post the video so I can check as well? Is this the latest version?

Sound worked for me and volume control worked as intended.

I can't reproduce this problem.. can someone else try it?

Yes, both worked for me as well. I tried using DirectX Output to my soundcard as well as output to stream. Both ways worked. Sound was played but also volume control was taken into account.

Hi guys, I'm a new user of OBS as of today and I have to say first amazing piece of software for what I do, knocks XSplit out of the box. I've had everything going with no problems what so ever apart from the bit where we upload our video file. I have an MP4 I made on Photoshop CS6's Animation Timeline which works on XSplit perfectly but when I went to add it to my scene on OBS, I got this error in the report and it crashes my OBS entirely. (I've tried the most recent beta release 31st August and the 552 version before it)

OBS has encountered an unhandled exception and has terminated. If you are able to
reproduce this crash, please submit this crash report on the forums at
http://www.obsproject.com/ - include the contents of this crash log and the
minidump .dmp file (if available) as well as your regular OBS log files and
a description of what you were doing at the time of the crash.

But since it fixed itself and no steps for reproduction I didn't have anything useful to add :p

it seems to do it when i toggle playlist looping which i -need- in this case...

Hy all!
Thx this awesome plugin Faruton. I did a trasparent dinamyc overlay but if I put in this video to the plugin and I try to play it my video lagging so much . (sometimes work perfectly). What do you think what is the problem?
Can you add me some tips about video file format or codec for transparent videos?

Hi and thanks for making this plugin available. I just installed it but noticed that the add button doesn't work on my Windows 7 Professional 32 bit system. I'm wondering if I should type in the file location since I can't browse to it. Thanks.

Did you push the '?' button?

The + button is only when you type in the URL manually

I think I found the solution in the button with the question mark.
