Hello,
All my game recordings have Audio / Video Desync. The clips start with the delay (not audio drift) and its not a consistent desync so an offset wont work. I mostly use game capture, but when i record gameplay with game or window capture the audio is usually 6-10 frames delayed, but in one instance it was ~30 frames early. I even tried recording a YouTube audio delay test with window capture and its 2-3 frames delayed, so gameplay is more delayed than browser.

Trying to sync the audio perfectly really slows down my workflow, since the content I create typically has around 50 separate clips.

Log (Recording was 8 frames Delayed)

Things I've Tried:
  • Different Video / Audio Encoders
  • Onboard Sound and External Card
  • Different Frame / Sample Rates
  • Updated Bios and Drivers
  • Lower Video Quality Settings
  • Multiple Editing Programs

1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's an experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.
2. In Windows, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled for maximum gaming performance. Game Mode can be enabled via the Window "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
3. One of your monitors is 144 Hz, the other is 120 Hz and your recording game play at 59.94 FPS. Ideally, input FPS and output FPS should be multiples of each other. Unless your games are capped at 59.94 FPS, then you should use 60.
