Recording stuck at one frame but audio still plays

Hello so I record my warzone gameplay with obs studio 12.1.1 and I installed streamlabs add-on. My recordings get stuck at one frame but the sound keeps playing.

Here's the log file. I can't really analyze it, if somebody can help I would appreciate it.

The log you provided shows no attempt to record.
And the streamelements plugin you installed adds enough useless "info" level messages to the log that it makes it difficult to troubleshoot.

Thanks for answering! Could you suggest me what I should do? How can I get the correct log file?
Also can I fix the recording or is it completely broken now?

To cleanly remove the OBS.live plugin:

1. Uninstall OBS.Live
2. Uninstall OBS Studio (make sure that "User Settings" is not selected)
3. Install OBS Studio again from https://obsproject.com/
   Your settings will be saved unless you have selected to delete them during removal.

Then do an attempt at recording, then upload a current log after doing that attempt and provide a link.

This is the latest log file, I just recorded a 2 min video, I will head into a game after and record. No frames stuck this recording.

If you're capturing a game, you should be using game capture, not display.

game capture has the white flickering, that's why I switched
