Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with OBS on my Mac and I can’t figure out what’s causing it.
In Zoom, the camera image looks fine at first, but as soon as I switch to a scene in OBS that includes screen sharing, the image becomes completely pixelated for the person on the other side. In FaceTime, it’s even worse — the virtual camera feed doesn’t display properly at all and appears fully corrupted or pixelated.
I use OBS for webinars, live calls, and presentations where I share my screen, but this issue makes it unusable right now.
My questions:
Thanks

- MacBook Pro M3 Max, 64 GB RAM
- macOS Sequoia 15.7.1
- OBS version 32.0.1

My questions:
- Could this be caused by a wrong OBS configuration?
- Are there any known compatibility issues with macOS Sequoia or the M3 Max chip?
- Does anyone have a working setup or recommended settings to make the virtual camera feed look sharp and clear?
Thanks
