Hello, first a greeting and apologize if I'm not writing in the right place.
Until recently I have used obs without problem to give online piano lessons through zoom meeting.
The configuration of my pc is ryzen 5 3600 and Msi rx5500xt with 16gb of ram and a 1080p 75hz monitor.
It transmitted without problem with obs and its virtual cam at 1080p 60fps.
A few days ago I installed a Gigabyte RTX 3070 and a benq 4k 60hz monitor.
Today was the first day I was going to teach and when I open obs everything is normal. but when opening zoom meeting it froze and was not able to make the meeting work.
I didn't know what the problem was (I still don't have it very clear) but after 3 hours testing configurations, I realized that the problem is in the obs video frames, probably related to the resolution of the 4k monitor.
If I set Obs to 30fps 1080 on video everything works fine. If I go up to 45fps also even at 50fps (although it takes longer for the meeting to work) but at 60fps it is impossible for me to make it work.
If someone can help me, I would be very grateful.
