New user needing help please.
Here's my log of current session...

Am trying to set up as follows:
Video and Audio via USB into laptop
4 cameras and 2 mics controlled in OBS Studio version 25.0.4
obs-ndi 4.7.1 installed
NDI 4 Runtime and NDI Tools installed
Attempting to send video and audio output into Skype 8.58.0.98 configured to receive ndi input

I think I need an ndi filter for OBS output but can't find a download anywhere
All I have at the moment is black screens in and out of OBS Studio.
Can anyone help me finish this setup please?
It would be much appreciated.

Pleased to say that I've sorted out the USB video and audio inputs, but still have the outstanding issue of connecting OBS to Skype using NDI or any other means. Extra problem today - I made a short trial recording and that layout is now stuck in the RH window. Any ideas as to how I should get rid of this? Sorry if my questions are very basic - I'm on a steep learning curve at the moment, but enjoying every minute. Any help would be appreciated
Thanks in advance

Skype doesn't accept NDI as input. It generates NDI as output.

To get OBS output into Skype, look at the virtualcam plugin.

Thanks for this reply Narcogen. Will certainly look at virtualcam plugin.
I am on Windows 10 but sorry don't understand the 2nd bit of your reply, if you wouldn't mind explaining briefly.
Can't switch between Intel and Nvidia in Windows? You may have the 1903 update:

Again many thanks

Many thanks to you, Narcogen. The VirtualCam plugin worked perfectly and OBS is now successfully linked to Skype.
The mirror image problem was caused by my forgetting to group together the cameras in the preview window.
Thanks again
Cliff
PS Please could you delete the pic of my OBS window. The music is still under typography copyright apparently. Thank you.

Hi Narcogen.
Understand - Thanks for your last reply
Had some crashes when starting Virtual Cam with Horizontal Flip checked.
Was trying to correct a mirror image when video goes from OBS to Skype.
Thought I had fixed it by grouping but not so.
Is this a bug in OBS or am I doing something wrong?
Can't think of any other way to correct the mirror image problem.
Would greatly appreciate if you could help.

Try to create a new scene then add a "scene source".

Then edit the font transform (CTRL + E) with a negative value for the width, the scene will be mirrored, but the original scene will still be preserved.

If Skype mirrors an already mirrored scene, it will be normal, haha.

BOOM.

Hi. Thank you for your ingenious idea, Davkaz. Couldn't find the font transform, but anyway, that wouldn't work for me as I need to see the output the right way round in OBS and Skype simultaneously. The same thing applies to flipping the scene object horizontally. If you can find a solution I'd be over the moon - so here are some logs below. I can say that hese tricks didn't work …. changing OBS screen resolution to below 1280x720; double clicking Virtual Cam's aspect ratio box or automatic start in the same window. Can be sure also that the problem is not in OBS because recordings come out perfectly with no mirroring. Thanks for your time. BW Cliff

Eventually discovered (slow on the uptake) that Skype miraculously corrects the mirror image at the punter's end, even though it's the wrong way round on my output monitor. Thanks to everyone for your help. The lifesaver was of-course Virtual Cam which works brilliantly. I like leaving the Autostart box checked.
