Question / Help Obs Super laggy

Recently I’ve been trying to stream Fortnite on OBS. I’ve been messing with the settings quite a bit and can’t figure out what is right for my pc. I’ve lowered the bit rate and FPS and still is super choppy and lagging. Even though this is all happening my Fortnite is running smooth. If anyone can help me that would be a big help.

Specs:

-AMD FX-63000

–8.00 GB Ram

-Radeon RX 460
 
No output session in your log.

Open OBS. Start an output session, either stream or record. Observe your issue. End the output session. Upload the Current log without quitting OBS.

Unlike NVENC, AMF is not free to use and consumes GPU resources.

AMD encoder uses your GPU. x264 does not, but that's because it uses your CPU.

Ways to reduce GPU load, in no particular order:

Reduced framerate, reduced resolution, frame cap your captured applications.
 
Alright thank you. And should I use a display capture or Game/Window capture. I have tried window capture before but my screen just freezes up.
